Garlic stimulates the immune system and enhances the body’s resistance to viral and bacterial infections including common colds. The active principal of garlic, allicin, has wide-ranging antibiotic, antiviral and antifungal properties.

Numerous studies have supported the use of garlic in cardiovascular protection.  It can help manage cholesterol and blood pressure.
