Precaution
Occasionally some men may experience a mild and temporary flushing or reddening effect, accompanied by a mild and transient itchiness. This is caused by nicotinic acid or niacin (vitamin B3). Although the effect is transient, taking Zest For Men with food generally lessens or prevents this effect without losing the benefits of this supplement.
